Francesca appeared at the Asia Pacific Writers and Translators conference in Manila 2015.

She was on the panel Love in an Age of Dissonance with Merlinda Bobis, DAI Fan, and Butch Dalisay. She was chair of New Voices with David Carlin, Beth Yahp, and Eliza Vitri Handayan. Francesca also facilitated a very successful workshop with David Carlin called Essaying Manila.
